Custom-made lighting pieces or personalized items cannot be returned,
unless they are damaged.
In case of damage, please email us at zazadamo.design@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging. If the return is approved, we will cover the shipping cost and either replace the item or issue a refund.
For all other items (e.g., candles, jewelry), returns are accepted within 20 days from receipt, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for the return packaging and shipping costs, except in the case of damage.
