Shipping

All orders are shipped from Athens, Greece via Hellenic Post (ELTA) with tracking.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 – 5 business days.
Once your order leaves the studio, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Each Zazá Damò lamp travels carefully packed from the studio to its new home.

Shipping Rates

Greece: €7 // free over €500
European Union / Cyprus: €25 // free over €500
United Kingdom: €30 // for orders over €500: €20
United States: €40 // for orders over €500: €20
Rest of world: €55 // for orders over €500: €20

Estimated delivery times

Greece: 1–3 business days
European Union: 4–8 business days
International: 7–14 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and local postal services.

Packaging

Each lamp is carefully prepared in the studio before its journey.
To reduce packaging volume and environmental impact, your lamp is shipped with the base safely placed inside the lampshade. All elements are securely wrapped and protected to ensure safe delivery.

A simple assembly is required upon arrival – a small final gesture before the lamp takes its place in its new space.

Customs & Duties

For orders shipped outside the EU the customs duties, import taxes or local handling fees may apply upon arrival.
These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

This applies to all non-EU destinations, including the United Kingdom and Switzerland.
