1970s Emerald Shade / 1950s Upholstery Base
1970s Emerald Shade / 1950s Upholstery Base
A bold shade meets a quiet salon past.
The lampshade is crafted from a fine woven emerald textile from the 1970s — vibrant, almost parrot-green, with a subtle texture that holds the light softly.
The base is wrapped in vintage upholstery fabric from my great-grandmother’s living room, dating back to the 1950s. A floral composition once meant for a formal salon now supports a vivid, contemporary presence.
